But first, a little about us. We are taking baby steps as an indie publisher. That means we are taking great care to do this right. Quality—not quantity—is our priority. We will take on only the projects that are the right fit.

What we want

We are looking for unagented novels between 60k-100k words which are not currently or previously published.

Please email your work to submissions@darkgodspress.com, and include:

• A brief synopsis with spoilers.
• The word count.
• The whole manuscript, in either .doc, .docx or .rtf document using the ”Proper Manuscript Format, Modern Edition“ format.
• The writer's summary of previous work, bio, and other relevant information.

No AI. No use of Generative AI is acceptable. We respect people’s artistic freedoms and ownership too much to accept anything generated or assisted by AI. In turn, we will never use AI in our editing, cover art, marketing, or any aspect of publishing.
